Arteta laisse entendre un transfert alors qu’une star d’Arsenal envisage une sortie surprenante

Arsenal continue to strengthen their squad in the transfer market

Arsenal has been active in the summer transfer window, already spending over £200m on new signings. The Gunners have brought in Declan Rice, Kai Havertz, and Jurrien Timber, among others, as they aim to mount a Premier League title challenge. Mikel Arteta has been heavily backed by the club, with a record fee of £105m paid for Rice. Despite these signings, Arsenal’s business is not yet complete, as Arteta has confirmed that they are still « working on a few things » and more incomings and outgoings are expected.

Jorginho expresses desire to leave Arsenal

According to Turkish outlet TRTSPOR, Jorginho has informed Arsenal of his desire to leave the club. Fenerbahce has shown interest in signing the Italian midfielder, and they have reportedly made contact with the Gunners. However, Jorginho’s agent, Joao Santos, has previously denied claims that his client is pushing for a transfer. In June, Santos stated that Jorginho is happy at Arsenal and has no intention of leaving.

Arsenal close to signing Brentford goalkeeper David Raya

Arsenal is reportedly close to completing the signing of Brentford goalkeeper David Raya. The deal is said to be progressing quickly, with the two clubs in advanced talks. Brentford manager Thomas Frank has publicly stated that they value Raya at £40m. Raya has also been linked with Bayern Munich, but the German club is only interested in a loan deal. Raya, on the other hand, is pushing for a permanent move to Arsenal, where he will compete with Aaron Ramsdale for the No. 1 spot.
