CM – 24 Cal Football Players Kill Arizona Due to COVID-19

24 Cal players and five coaches are out of action for the Bears versus Arizona due to COVID-19 protocols, including starting quarterback Chase Garbers. Backup quarterback Ryan Glover, a graduate transfer from Western Carolina, has started in his place.

Left tackle Will Craig, left guard Ben Coleman and center Matthew Cindric – all starters this season – will also be sidelined. Redshirt students LT Brayden Rohme, college students LG Everett Johnson and freshman center Bastian Swinney will start in their place.
