COVID-19 disrupted the Australian football schedule when six A-League and FFA Cup games were postponed on Wednesday.

The A-League said in a statement that the game from Melbourne City versus Brisbane Roar on December 27th along with Perth Glory’s games against Sydney FC and Macarthur FC in the first week of January had been postponed.

Relations with Perth have been postponed after the club’s staff were quarantined last week in Brisbane while the Melbourne City league game failed to go ahead as planned after six players tested positive for COVID-19.
