Aaliyah’s second studio album One In a Million is finally available for official streaming on Spotify – just in time for the 20th anniversary.
The 18-track record covers an hour and 20 minutes and offers collaborations with greats like Missy Elliott on « Beats 4 da Streets » and « Leave It In Da House », Timbaland on « Come, To Give Love » and Slick Rick on « Gotta Give It Up » and more. One In a Million arrives on the streaming service after not being available digitally to fans for over a decade. The late artist’s other projects will also be published in the coming months. Romeo Must Die’s soundtrack is out on September 3rd, the self-titled Aaliyah is out on September 10th, and I Care 4 U and Ultimate Aaliyah is out on October 8th.
To celebrate their catalog on the platform, Spotify is also updating his playlist This Is Aaliyah, which includes all of her top hits and lesser known deep cuts that show off her signature singing style.
Elsewhere in music, Silk Sonic’s debut album won’t be released until 2022.
