Adani Enterprises has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary called Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL), which will conduct green hydrogen projects including wind turbines and solar panel batteries.

ANIL will also manufacture solar modules, batteries, electrolysers, associated upstream manufacturing and ancillary industries and carry out all related activities, according to the application.
Adani Green Energy Ltd (AGEL), the world’s largest developer of solar energy, is aiming 45 gigawatts (GW) of renewable energy capacity by 2030 and will invest $ 20 billion to develop solar production capacity of 2 GW per year by 2022-23.
