Two dozen teams now know who they will meet in four groups at the Africa Cup in Cameroon in 2021. The draw was held at the Yaounde Conference Center.
Originally scheduled for June and July 2021, the Confederation of African Football (CAF), which is organizing the event, announced in January 2020 that it would be played in January and February 2021. In June 2020, however, CAF postponed the competition to January 2022 due to the effects of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
