PHOENIX – An amber alarm went off Tuesday night after a woman and her daughter walked into Surprise with her daughter during a Department of Child Safety investigation, authorities said.
Fallon Costello, 27, walked with her second child -year-old daughter Paytan Costello through a bedroom window in a residence near 99th Avenue and Greenway Road, the Surprise Police Department said in an email.
The daughter is said to weigh 20 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen in a purple princess nightgown, police said.
Costello was then spotted in the Reems and Greenway Road area shortly after noon getting into a newer white Dodge caravan with a sticker in the passenger window the police with.
