Police and ambulance services were called to Wayatinah this morning at around 3.15am after reports of an incident involving a Polaris four-wheeler side by side with an ATV.
The scene of the accident was on Father of Marshes Road Catagunya Road.
Detectives say it appears the ATV driver lost control on the gravel road and crossed to the wrong side of the lane where the ATV rolled.
