Police believe a woman who was killed by a pack of dogs in the courtyard of a house in Queensland visited the address.
The woman believed to be 30 or 40 years old is old, was mistreated by three dogs in the house on Milton Street in Maryborough Tuesday morning.
Police say the dogs are crossbreeds but do not provide any further information about their breeds.
When the police arrived, the dogs were crammed into a shed below the address.
Initial investigations indicate that the incident was a « very tragic accident » and that « there was no crime involved », said one police officer at the crime scene, quoted by ABC.
The animals were removed from the premises by officers of the Fraser Coast Regional Council.
It is assumed that this was the first fatal injury to a person since 2019 would be a dog.
