Explosive winger Brian To’o will give the battle-weary Panthers a huge boost when he returns to face the storm tonight.
An ankle injury kept To’o away from Penrith’s epic semi-final win over Parramatta but coach Ivan Cleary confirmed yesterday that he had recovered « well » from the complaint and looked « really good » ahead of the big final qualifier.
To’o was called up to the extended squad to face the storm and will likely kick Bulldogs-bound Brent Naden on his return.
The 23-year-old, who underwent ankle surgery earlier this season, was eager to play in the semi-finals, but Cleary decided to giving the Origin star a week off to shake off the injury.
