The marriage is Symonds’ first and Johnson’s third. He has at least five other children from previous relationships.

The wedding is a surprising development after reports earlier this week the couple sent out cards to save the date for a wedding on July 30th next year.

They had waited months to tie the knot after their original plans to get married last year were delayed by the pandemic.

The Sun tabloid said the couple had the « cloak and dagger operation » planned for a secret ceremony for up to six months.

Symonds arrived in a limo at lunchtime wearing « a stunningly long and flowing white dress, » but didn’t want to wear a veil, he added.

It gave no descriptions of Johnson’s clothes, with the pug-haired British leader notorious for his often disheveled appearance.

The same priest who baptized the couple’s son presided over the wedding, and according to Th e Sun was also present with Wilfred.

The wedding took place after a tumultuous political week for Johnson, who on Wednesday was accused by former top aide Dominic Cummings of botching the government’s response to the coronavirus and being « incapacitated »

On Friday, an ethics investigation found that the Prime Minister was « unwise » in renovating his Downing Street apartment without knowing where the money came from, but it cleared him of wrongdoing / p> I’m telling you the truth: life here in Israel is not always easy.
