LA Knight vs. Cameron Grimes had their third match at the WWE NXT TakeOver 36 event in Orlando, Florida, at the Capitol Wrestling Center.
The fight had the WWE Million Dollar Championship at stake on the condition that Ted Ted Dibiase Knights would become the new butler if Grimes lost.
That opened the show. It was a fast-paced fight that resulted in Grimes Knight double-kicking. Towards the end, the WWE Hall of Famer even got some recordings of Knight.
Grimes has been Knights Butler since losing to Knight for the title at the NXT Great American Bash last month. Their first match took place this June on NXT TakeOver: In Your House, where Grimes failed in the Million Dollar Championship battle while battling Knight in a ladder match.
After TakeOver: In Your House Turned Knight against DiBiase and attacked him. Two weeks ago, Knight left Grimes during a tag team match against The Grizzled Young Veterans, which resulted in DiBiase coming out and trying to tell Grimes to be Knights Butler.
Last week, Knight defeated Andre Chase and after the match, DiBiase challenged Knight to give Grimes one more chance for the title, but the only way Knight would agree would be if DiBiase agreed to his condition.
