GREEN BAY, WIS. – More than 400 dairy farmers recently signed a letter asking the National Milk Producers Federation (NMPF) and the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) for cooperation.
In the letter, manufacturers from the USA call for NMPF and IDFA to work with them to repair the irreparable financial damage the manufacturers have suffered and to stop the bleeding that the current Federal Milk Pricing Formula has caused. This group of farmers is working on appropriate and fair solutions and is requesting a meeting with the leadership of NMPF and IDFA so that this issue can be further discussed and resolved.
The American Dairy Coalition (ADC) is a farmer-led national Lobby organization of progressive, modern dairy farmers. We focus on the federal dairy policy. For more information, please contact CEO Laurie Fischer at 314-391-8390.
