CM – DONE DEAL: Ceglar joins Geelong, clubs swap picks


Geelong has won Jonathon Ceglar of Hawthorn and is sending a future third round selection to the Hawks recruited by the Cats in their deal with Brisbane for Darcy Fort.

Trading papers submitted. Hawthorn trades Jonathon Ceglar and his Future Round Four Selection to the Geelong Cats for his Future Round Three Selection (tied to the Brisbane Lions)

Ceglar is said to have signed a two-year contract with the Kardinia Park Club, with Hawthorn contributing part of his salary.

The 30-year-old brings 101 games of experience to Geelong and made his debut with the Hawks in 2013.
