CM – Dubai Tourism launches global advertising campaign


Dubai Tourism has launched a new global campaign, Dubai Presents, with Hollywood stars Jessica Alba and Zac Efron.

The campaign invites global travelers, adventure seekers, storytellers and artistic designers to put themselves in the picture, write their own script and appear as the perfect backdrop in their very own cinematic adventure with breathtaking locations.

The Filmed by award-winning Directors Guild Director Craig Gillespie, Campaign is a series of six short trailers from a variety of genres, each of which takes viewers on an immersive journey around town.

To kick off the adrenaline spy action genre, Alba and Efron will also launch in a series of trailers spanning multiple genres over a four month period in a row.

While Dubai opens its doors to global markets keeps open, the city is ready to welcome visitors and serve the increasing demand for quality vacations with adventure, romance and culture.

Dubai Tourism has continued to communicate with audiences in key international markets to make the city memorable for travelers.

Issam Kazim, Chief Executive of Dubai Corporation for Tourism & Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism), said: “We are very excited to launch our new Dubai Presents campaign.

“Through the trailer series, we provide a cinematic overview of the city’s locations, majestic landscapes, rich culture and diversity and invite travelers from all over the world to visit Dubai to create their own epic adventure.

“With this latest production, we are taking destination storytelling to a new level and presenting Dubai as a city that celebrates the cultures of over 200 nationalities and offers a range of different experiences for the whole family, thereby strengthening its profile as the best place in the world to live, work and visit.

Conceived as a 360-degree campaign, Dubai Presents will be launched in 27 global markets.

In the UK, the campaign will appear on all channels including TV, Out-of-Home, Over-the-Top, Cinema, digital and social.

In addition to the six celebrity-led trailers, the campaign also offers a range of teaser assets to highlight gastronomy, nature, active and pleasure vacations in Dubai.

Dubai recently celebrated a year since it reopened in July , with data from Dubai Tourism highlighting that the city welcomed 3.7 million overnight guests, of whom 194,000 came from the UK during the 11-month period July-May 2021.
