According to the race control, an incident occurred 35 kilometers from Alice Springs on the way back from Aputula.
« The event is aware of an incident around 35 km along the route. Emergency services are on site and take care of them the scene, « the statement reads.
» Motorsport Australia and event organizers are working with the emergency services to put in place appropriate controls to manage the scene.
« We are working with the relevant authorities to all procedures to be followed and NT Police will provide an update in due course. «
