It also gives you recipes to help with physical changes (since people always have healthy but delicious ideas of what to eat) based on your tastes, workouts based on your preferred course types and instructions, and counts along with that Volume calories based on how much energy you expend in a day, not just physically. These include brain activity, breathing, and what gets burned during sleep.
However, after sitting with this band for almost a week, what fascinated me most was the ability to track things outside of what goes in and out of your body. It’s complete wellness and energy tracking. For example, it doesn’t matter how you sound when you speak to others and how you can customize that, whether you’re listening to loved ones or making public speeches. (It also shows when you are in the highest energy and can analyze your tone of voice for you before speaking to anyone.)
