Former Bulldog, Panther and Kiwi Test star Frank Pritchard is in hospital on New Year’s Eve fighting for his life.
One of the game’s most damaging ball runners in the 2000s, the man who called « Frank The Tank » is known to be life sustaining due to complications from COVID-19.
He is believed to have collapsed lungs and other serious health problems due to the virus.
He denied more than 100 Games for the Panthers and Bulldogs, as well as appearances at Hull FC in England and Parramatta.
He played 27 Tests for New Zealand and eight for Samoa before retiring in late 2017.
