CM – German and Russian officials meet to discuss Ukraine: Reuters

Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s foreign policy advisor Jens Ploetner and Russian negotiator for Ukraine Dmitry Kozak agreed to meet next month to ease tensions in Ukraine, Reuters reported, citing a no identified German government source.

Germany wants to revive the « Normandy Format » quickly, referring to multilateral talks between Ukraine, Russia, France and Germany, the person told Reuters.
