Police said a 35-year-old man was injured after the horse he was riding collided with a car on Stacey Street in Bankstown at around 2:40 p.m. Monday.
« (The driver ) was treated on site by paramedics for leg injuries before he was brought to Liverpool Hospital in stable condition, « said a police statement.
A short time later, the police were called to Canterbury Road, about 3 miles away after a horse was reportedly hit by a truck.
