James Middleton and Alizee Thevene have tied the knot! Middleton announced the news in an Instagram post on Sunday, stating that he and Thevenet were married on Saturday in south-eastern France.
« Mr. & Ms. Middleton ❤️ 🇬🇧 🇫🇷, » he wrote on social media . « Yesterday I married the love of my life surrounded by family, friends and of course a couple of dogs in the beautiful village [of] Bormes-les-Mimosas. Words cannot describe how happy I am ❤️. » In the picture posted, Thevene’s dress appears to be a simple white strapless style, and in true James Middleton fashion, the photo also shows a photo bomb of one of his puppies in the background. For his part, the groom wore a cream jacket over a light blue shirt and dark blue tie.
Although it is unconfirmed who exactly Middleton means when he says he is « surrounded by family, » it is a safe assumption that the Duchess of Cambridge was there on her brother’s big day. However, Will and Kate still have to publicly congratulate the bride and groom.
