Jennifer Lopez, who was back with ex-boyfriend Ben Affleck this year, recently denied in an interview with People magazine that she was angry with him over his comments on ex-wife Jennifer Garner. Last week, Ben Affleck received a heavy social media flak for incriminating his ex-wife about his alcoholism. JLo told People, « This story just isn’t true. I don’t feel that way. » She added, « I couldn’t get more respect for Ben as a father, co-parent and person. » For the uninitiated, Ben Affleck said during an appearance on the Howard Stern Show that he would « still drink » if married to Jennifer Garner. He said during the show: « I would probably still drink. That’s one reason I started drinking because I was trapped. »
Ben Affleck also said during the interview: « I thought, ‘Me can’t go because of my kids but i’m not happy, what should i do? I drank a bottle of scotch and fell asleep on the couch. which didn’t turn out to be the solution, « reported People magazine.
The Good Will Hunting actor married Jennifer Garner in 2005 and they separated in 2015. They have three children together – Violet (16), Seraphina ( 12) and Samuel (9).
Ben Affleck is currently dating Jennifer Lopez. The Gigli co-stars were engaged to be married back in 2002. Two years later, however, they split up. JLo and Ben Affleck were with Marc Anthony and Jennifer Garner respectively married (and divorced). They also split from their respective partners that year. JLo was previously with Alex Rodriguez, while Ben Affleck was with actress Ana de Armas.
On JLo’s birthday this year they made their relationship official on Instagram. They also made several red carpet appearances together. The stars were also pinned together several times. </
