The Ghanaian midfielder has switched to the Foxes after three years on loan from Belgian partner OH Leuven.
The 21-year-old Ghanaian came off the bench at halftime during Wednesday’s Adams Park friendly against Wycombe Wanderers after playing for 45 minutes at Burton Albion on Saturday.
Sowah told LCFC TV: “I feel great, especially when I get back to Leicester. It’s been a long time since I came back here to get minutes with the first team.
“It’s always a great thing to be on the pitch and have 45 minutes to spare. That’s always the feeling – after a long vacation you always get your fitness back, really good fitness, so it’s really great for me to get it back.
« I think gradually it was great. Being with my colleagues and everyone who got to know the players, it was great for me out there.
“We worked so hard because we were on a long vacation, so everyone is working really hard to get fit again. It’s been great for me so far. «
