Thanks for opening this thread. Those who don’t wear masks or want to be vaccinated have the right to do what they want. However, you have no right to infect others.
As for the « non-vax shame », this is ridiculous. If you are confident and free to make that choice, then you should feel proud that you made a choice to the extent that you WANT to be identified.
In terms of a 99% recovery rate, I think that this is just great, unless one of those unfortunate and expendable 1% happens to be in your family.
Of the more than 600,000 people who died from the virus in the US, 100% were from someone else infected! The vaccine and masks are weapons that will help eradicate this Covid virus and not a government plan to track your movements which can be done on your cellphone, credit cards and discount cards.
Every vaccine we do used was NEW. So if you don’t get vaccinated, you can at least wear a mask and keep your distance from those of us who have a community conscience.
It’s bad enough to have a disease pandemic but at the same time to be burdened with a pandemic of selfishness too being is truly heartbreaking.
Each of the thousands of men, women, and yes, children currently being hospitalized are either the victim of their own misguided beliefs or that of a selfish encounter.
Yes, if Fear of being identified “as a non-vaxer / non-masker”, only your conscience is trying to guide you. Those who are vaccinated and wear masks are not afraid of being identified as such.
It is also our right to choose real science. In fact, please do your research, and while you’re at it, research the stories of those cited in these horror stories.
