The Aces Center in a series of Instagram stories accused Connecticut Sun head coach Curt Miller of making an indecent comment about her weight.
Cambage said Miller told a referee, « Come on « She’s got £ 300 » as he argued a call in favor of the Aces for the Sun’s eventual 72-65 win on Sunday night. Miller has since apologized and admitted that he made an « offensive comment » on Cambag’s weight.
« So, to the Connecticut coach – I’m sorry little sir, I don’t know your name. But if you do next time trying to call an umpire who’s trying to get a call that says, « Come on, she’s got 300 pounds. » I need you to get it right, baby, « Cambage said, before finding her correct size stated and weight.
« I weigh 235 pounds and I take great pride in being a big bra, a big body, a big Benz, a baby, » said the 6-foot-8 athlete. « So never try to respect myself or any other woman in the league. »
Cambage, 29, noted that she would have reacted during the Sun Aces game if she hadn’t got a job on the pitch .
« Anyway to this little man – very small, tiny, how where are you? – Stop trying to project your insecurity baby. Pick up the phone, call the psychologist because you’re projecting some cops. And next time you try not to respect me, remember, I’m 235, ”she said. “It might seem like £ 300 for your little ass. I’m 235 baby «

Cambage, who has not yet acknowledged Miller’s apology, finished the game with 10 points, seven rebounds and four blocks in 21 minutes .
