CM – Mitchell misses Souths clash with Dogs

Latrell Mitchell will miss South Sydney’s clash with Canterbury after Wayne Bennett decides to rest him after State of Origin III.

The Rabbitohs announced on Sunday afternoon that Mitchell would sit out, four Days after ending a brilliant Origin streak for NSW.

Blake Taaffe will step back as full-back after doing so in last Friday night’s win against North Queensland.

The rest of the Origin players on the Rabbitohs will assist in the game, with Dane Gagai, Damien Cook and Cameron Murray all playing at the Cbus Super Stadium.
