PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Pennsylvania will be adopting its new jobless claim submission system, and there are some new features and requirements to expect using the new program.
The old system was in place for around four decades and its shortcomings were exposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The need for customer service for unemployment benefits is also expected to decrease as applicants have access to more information and self-service options.
If you have filed in the past, your Keystone ID will also be carried over to the new system.
