New Jersey state police investigated a « fatal mass shooting incident » at a party attended by at least 100 people in rural Cumberland County.
The shooting in a house on the 1000 block of E. Commerce Street in the area of Fairfield Township and Bridgeton took place around midnight on Sunday and left at least one person dead and people brought to safety, state police said.
Police could not give exact figures on how many people died or how many were injured but they said several people showed up at local hospitals.
