(CNN) The U.S. Senate on Tuesday passed a historic, comprehensive, bipartisan package worth $ 1.2 trillion to fund the country’s crumbling infrastructure with funding for priorities such as roads, bridges, rails, transit and the power grid – a huge achievement for both parties and President Joe Biden, who fulfills key items on the agenda, including his promise to work across the aisle.
