A popular ALDI armchair was recalled because it was feared it could tip over and cause “serious injuries” to the user.
Product safety Australia warns that the lounge chair is unstable and can tip over during use.
« If the chair tips over during use, there is a risk of serious injury to the occupant and bystanders of the chair and / or property damage, » he warns.
The recalled chair has the product code 704625. The identification label is on the back of the footrest.
Consumers are encouraged to « stop using the product immediately and return the product to an ALDI store for a full refund ».
