Several streets in Cagayan de Oro City were impassable on Thursday due to Typhoon Odette.
Citing the Cagayan de Oro City Roads and Transport Authority, GMA Regional TV One Mindanao reported that as of 8.28am the following Roads are not passable with all types of vehicles due to flooding:
Eight areas remained under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 3 due to Typhoon Odette, which, according to the state weather bureau PAGASA, experienced a « rapid intensification » on Thursday morning. —Jamil Santos / AOL, GMA News
