Officials from the Hunter Valley Police District today (Saturday, October 16, 2021) closed a licensed building on George Street, Singleton, for alleged repeated public health violations.
The order to close follows a series of previous interactions with the licensee – a 57-year-old male – for repeated and persistent breaches of the Public Health Regulation by allegedly allowing unvaccinated people on the premises and not taking any action.
Police took the Visited the venue several times in the past week and issued three PINs to the licensee and three PINs to employees for violating public health orders.
