A teenage boy has died after reports of a brawl in West Sydney and three others were treated for knife wounds.
Police were called to the corner of Suffolk and William Street in Blacktown at around 10 p.m. on Wednesday.
A second was treated on site before being rushed to hospital seriously injured.
NSW Ambulance Inspector Peter Van Praag said it was a « very challenging scene » with patients spread over « quite a distance ».
« I want to thank our NSW police colleagues for always keeping scenes like this safe so we can get our work done, » he said.
The police are continuing to investigate the circumstances of the reported stabbing and has asked everyone with a dashcam or CCTV to report.
