CM – Thailand trains against defending champions Vietnam ahead of the Suzuki Cup semi-final

Thailand and Vietnam will compete for the second time in three days on Boxing Day to determine who will reach the AFF Suzuki Cup final.

On Boxing Day, Thailand and Vietnam will compete against each other for the second time within three days to determine who will reach the final of the AFF Suzuki Cup.

The Thais won the first leg thanks to Chanathip Songkrasin’s first semi-final with 2 : 0 and know that if they lose no more than two goals, they will advance to the final for the first time since 2016.

The away goals rule does not apply and this means that if there is a tie, extra time is required followed by Penalty shoot-out, if necessary.

The second leg will take place tomorrow (December 26th) at the National Stadium, kicking off at 8.30 p.m. local time (12.30 p.m. GMT).
