CM – The decision in Salt Lake City about the Winter Olympics could be made after Beijing in 2022

Salt Lake City-Utah Bid Committee President and Chief Executive Officer Fraser Bullock has said that a decision on whether to commit to the 2030 or 2034 Winter Olympics has not yet been set as the Olympic is on and Paralympic Committee of the United States (USOPC) on the upcoming 2022 Beijing Winter Games.

During its meeting, the Board of Directors approved Steve Miller and USOPC Representative Chris Waddell as Executive Committee members.

The Nominations and Governance Committee charter and the approved Finance and Audit Committee charter were also approved.

An application for the 2030 Games would be 28 years after the 2002 Winter Olympics in the city, and organizers want to take advantage of this event’s venues.
