2:08 – OSU 10, WSU 3: Jayden de Laura’s pass falls incompletely in the end zone for a turnover on downs at OSU 7. Cougars desperately wanted a pass interference.

11:15 – OSU 7, WSU 0: Jayden de Laura completes a 17 yard pass on Calvin Jackson Jr. on OSU 18, but Jackson Jr. takes a big hit and appears injured but was seen on the sidelines. Jackson Jr. is the Cougs’ lead receiver for the season.

14:57 – OSU 7, WSU 0: Jack Colletto runs in a 2-yard quarterback power for a touchdown.

0:00 – WSU 0, OSU 0: Beavers knock on the door with their face down from Cougar 2 at the beginning of the second quarter.

3:17 – WSU 0, OSU 0: Beavers move the ball into WSU territory. Chance Nolan completes a 23-yard pass on Luke Musgrave to WSU 31. Nolan shot down several WSU defenders to convert a third down earlier in the drive.

5:37 – WSU 0, OSU 0: Cougars go three-and-out. Fair catch caught by the beavers alone 9.

6:59 – WSU 0, OSU 0: The Beavers take two first downs, but the WSU defense comes up with two solid plays to turn the downs to force. Brennan Jackson stuffs OSU into third place with no profit and Kyle Thornton beats a pass from Chance Nolan into fourth place. Cougs take over 47 alone.

10:03 – WSU 0, OSU 0: Cougar Drive Stalls and Nick Haberer’s punt rolls into the end zone for a touchback.

11:54 – WSU 0, OSU 0: Deon McIntosh goes ahead to convert a fourth-and-one try. Cuddle ball on the Beaver 44.

14:03 – WSU 0, OSU 0: Jayden de Laura starts the Cougars’ first drive with an 18-yard finish to De’Zaun Stribling in third place. </ According to a report released Saturday morning, Washington state soccer coach Nick Rolovich is seeking a religious exemption after refusing to get a COVID-19 vaccination.

June Jones – Rolovich’s coach in Hawaii in the early 2000s – USA TODAY’s Brent Schrotenboer said he advised the sophomore year coach to get a vaccine approval.

Washington State (2-3, 1-2 Pac-12) receives Oregon State (4-1, 2-0) at 1 p.m. in the Pac-12 network. The Cougars come off a 21-6 win over Cal, while the Beavers beat Washington 27:24 behind a field goal made when time was up. OSU has been in four times since losing to Purdue in opening week Series won, including a 45-27 win over USC the week after the Trojans scored 45 unanswered points in a win over the Cougars.

The Beavers finished first in the Pac-12 North after last week Oregon had lost to Stanford. OSU was not rated in the AP Top 25 or AFCA Coaches Poll, but received 27 votes each.

The WSU have won the last seven games with the OSU, the next being a 54-53 win with the Cougars scoring two touchdowns in the last 2:10 minutes to come back from a 53-42 lead where the Beavers had a 98% chance of winning.

Prior to the Cougars’ 7-game winning streak, the Beavers had won eight of the previous 10 encounters.

The WSU leads the all-time 55-47-3 series, dating back to 1903 when Oregon Agricultural beat Washington Agricultural at Corvallis 6-0.
