Minnesota learned on Sunday that it will host Arizona and New Orleans for the NFL’s second 17-game season.
The Vikings of NFC North started the season for 2022 with 14 of their 17 opponents in the regular season. Home games against the teams with the same finish in the AFC South and NFC West as well as an away game against the teams with the same finish in the NFC South remained doubtful. The Vikings, who had been awarded second place in the division, learned on January 2 that they would host Indianapolis, which had finished second in the AFC South.
On Sunday, the Cardinals finished second in NFC West and the Saints finished second in NFC South.
The Vikings have known for a long time that they will play their NFC northern enemies at home and away in 2022 , as well as games against NFC East and AFC East teams.
Here is the list of opponents for 2022. The dates for the games will be set in April.
