Longtime Trump supporter Jorge Masvidal fights in co-main event
One of the main reasons for Trump’s attendance at UFC 287 was to support longtime Trump supporter Jorge Masvidal, who was fighting in the co-main event against Gilbert Burns. Masvidal has already put pressure on himself, saying he might consider retirement should he lose. Trump’s appearance at UFC 287 is not out of character for him, especially when the event is essentially in his back yard and features a longtime Trump supporter.
