Adelaide and GWS going toe to toe from 5.10pm ACST
GREATER Western Sydney has a chance to make a giant move on the ladder when it takes on cellar-dweller Adelaide from 5.10pm ACST today.
The game at Adelaide Oval is the first of a Tuesday night double-header, and will be followed by the Carlton and Sydney clash at Metricon Stadium from 8.10pm AEST.
The Giants made a late change for the clash with Jackson Hately replacing Zac Langdon (illness).
After Melbourne stumbled against Fremantle on Monday night, the door has opened for the Giants who can overtake Collingwood and jump into seventh spot to be on equal points with sixth-placed St Kilda.
A win would also give GWS a one-game buffer on the ninth-placed Bulldogs and a two-game buffer on the sputtering Demons, the latter now in tenth.
