Unless you’re picking high in the lottery, there’s no exact science to finding a perfect pick in an NBA draft. And while the Chicago Bulls and newly appointed Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations, Arturas Karnisovas, have a big pick in the NBA Draft 2020 sweepstakes, there is no guarantee they will beat whoever they choose..
