Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp admits defender Joel Matip will no doubt face Tottenham after suffering from back problems.
Matip was sent off at halftime in Sunday’s 1-1 draw against Fulham. Liverpool no longer had any recognized center-backs on the pitch. Midfielder Jordan Henderson fell into the defense of partner Fabinho.

Tottenham head coach Jose Mourinho has questioned whether Liverpool are in an injury crisis ahead of the Anfield clash.
The champions have injured a number of first-team players including Virgil van Dijk, Joe Gomez, Diogo Jota and Thiago Alcantara. Joel Matip is said to be dubious.
But Mourinho believes Matip will play at Anfield and that Van Dijk is the only major absentee, with Xherdan Shaqiri and James Milner also sidelined due to injury.
On Liverpool’s injury list and the team he can expect to see, Mourinho replied: « I think Alisson is not injured. [Trent] Alexander-Arnold is not injured. Matip, I think he will play. Fabinho is not injured. [Andrew] Robertson isn’t hurt. [Jordan] Henderson isn’t hurt. [Georginio] Wijnaldum is not hurt. [Mohamed] Salah is not injured. [Roberto] Firmino is not injured. [Sadio] Mane is not hurt. Van Dijk is injured and Van Dijk is obviously a very good player.
« But give me the Liverpool injury list and compare this injury list with the best Liverpool team.
