A training flight ended in tragedy after the bodies of two people were found at a crash site after a six hour search through rough bushland.

Two people were killed after their helicopter crashed in the southern highlands of New South Wales on Wednesday.
An alarm was raised when the helicopter believed to be on a training flight was unable to return to its base. The aircraft was last seen near Marulan, east of Goulburn.
Emergency teams were called in to comb rough bushland near Tallong, southwest of Sydney, for nearly six hours before discovering the wreck shortly after midnight.
The bodies of two people were at the crash site. They have yet to be officially identified.
