Rays: They waited to see who was used in Tuesdayâs game before deciding on Richards for today. Aaron Slegers could have been another option to start on three daysâ rest or work behind an opener.
Orioles: Wojciechowski, a 2010 first-round pick by Toronto, has been solid over five starts, allowing no more than four earned runs in any. Has allowed almost as many homers (six) as walks (seven). Is 0-1, 5.00 in four games vs. Rays.
