Russian President Vladimir Putin says US President Joe Biden’s remarks about him reflect America’s past and present problems.
Putin’s comments come a day after his US counterpart said he did believe the Russian leader is a murderer.
In an interview, Mr Biden was asked if he thought Mr Putin was a murderer, to which he replied, « I do ».
