The Brutalist-inspired home, built to provide public housing in the late 1970s, was sold to developers by the New South Wales government for $ 150 million last year.

The new plans show that the original structure of the building is maintained, with copper capsules being added to increase the overall area.

The building’s 79 residential units will be grouped into 76 boutique apartments with commercial and retail space and a new pedestrian link between Cumberland Street and Gloucester Walk.

Another grocery delivery driver died overnight in Sydney, bringing the death toll to five in the past three months.

« I’m saying if you haven’t shown symptoms and are taking a test, you don’t need to isolate. «

Mr Ayre’s statements contradict NSW Health’s recommendations that you must self-isolate when you have a test and are waiting for results.

The 14-year-old victim was stabbed multiple times in the back and arm yesterday morning at Arthur Phillip High School in Parramatta’s CBD.
