World News – AU – Melbourne’s Gentoo Penguins Zeus and Roger have hatched the cutest little Pingu Bebes

Several fluffy little penguin chicks have popped up at the SEA LIFE Aquarium in Melbourne and I really can’t hold onto how excited I am not only for the new parents, but for myself. Shit, I love penguins.

Zeus (female) and Roger (male) the Gentoo Penguins have welcomed their unnamed bubbles into the world in what will be their first foray into the world of their parents. God, even if I talk about it, I feel rude that I didn’t give them anything for their baby shower.

To add to the cuteness, the pair will now be a paddle, as a group of penguins are called. I scream.

The boy’s official foster parents are Gentoo penguins Mouse and Lamington, who already have children of their own, so they know a thing or two about blowing bubbles.

This is the 11th. successful Gentoo breeding season for the SEA LIFE Aquarium. The bubs will join their family in the penguin playground and are constantly being checked and monitored to make sure they are the healthiest little bebes.

“We love this time of year when we welcome babies to the colony! Gentoo penguins are known for their playful and curious characters. That’s why we decided to let the “penguinalities” of the chicks shine through before choosing the most adorable and appropriate names, ”said Sarina Walsh, bird manager at SEA LIFE.

The little bubbles hatched from their eggs this morning just before the aquarium opened, and you can see how cute they are cracking their tiny eggs.

Then bam! Penguin bebe. So cute and so adorable. Cant wait for them to have a name, but SEA LIFE, could I suggest something like « Bub »?.

The bubs have snuggled into their pebble nests and are ready for a whole world of adventure.
