Neighbor star Jodi Gordon’s relationship took a sad turn just a week after she shared a beloved photo with her new boyfriend on Instagram.

NSW police have issued a preliminary violence arrest order on behalf of ex-neighbor Jodi Gordon and opened an investigation into allegations of domestic violence against the actress after she was called to her apartment in Double Bay last week.

The preliminary AVO was finalized against Gordon’s new friend Sebastian Blackler, an investment portfolio manager, following an incident early Friday morning.

“Around 12. On Friday the 27th. At 30 o’clock in the morning on November 23, 2020, officers were called to a unit in Wiston Gardens in Double Bay, « NSW police said in a statement.

In a further statement, the NSW police said that the investigation had been suspended. However, it is understood that the provisional arrest order for violence remains in place.

« Following an investigation, officials from the eastern suburbs suspended the investigation at the victim’s request. No further measures are currently expected, ”the statement said.

The standard violence detention order prohibits Blackler from approaching Gordon, ex-wife of former NRL player Braith Anasta, after 12 hours after drinking alcohol or using illegal drugs.

Other terms state that Blackler Gordon must not attack or threaten, pursue, harass or intimidate, or intentionally or recklessly destroy or damage property belonging to him or in their possession.

Blackler was not charged with any crime and was seen at Gordon’s house Monday afternoon. Gordon revealed her new boyfriend in an Instagram post in early November and labeled her post with « When Life Gets Wonderful. » . . . « next to a silver heart emoji.

The mother of one, best known for her time on Home And Away from 2005 to 2010, recently left her role as Elly Conway on Neighbors after four years on the set.

She was also the center of a major police operation in 2009, during which she was found hidden in former Bikie colleague Mark Judge’s bedroom after her then boyfriend Ryan Stokes reported her missing. Gordon was not accused of any wrongdoing.

The judge asked the police for help because he believed armed men were trying to break into his home, which sparked a violent police reaction.

The matter will be resolved on Jan.. Heard before a judge at Downing Center District Court on December 31st.
