World News – AU – ‘Only in Australia’: Adelaide woman discovers LIVE decorations on her Christmas tree

. . Even our native animals want to show their Christmas spirit.

. .

An Adelaide family’s Christmas tree was crowned with a furry angel after a special guest wandered around their home.

Amanda McCormick arrived at her Coromandel Valley home on Wednesday to spot a koala who wanted to join the festive spirit and had decided to take pride of place on the tree.

1300KOALAZ koala rescue organization said its operator originally thought she was the victim of a prank when she answered the call.

While Amanda thought her little visitor was a lovely addition to the decorations, she believed she was best suited to a gum-type tree.
