Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is getting closer to having his entire squad to choose from. The Blues have had a number of injury issues to deal with this season but now it’s finally the light at the end of the tunnel for Lampard and his side are already in rich shape.
Chelsea can book their spot in the Champions League of the last 16 with a win in France tomorrow night when they travel to Ligue 1 team Rennes.
The Blues returned from international break with an all-out 2-0 win over Tyneside against Newcastle on Saturday lunchtime.
Now attention is turning back to Europe and Lampard is expected to make some changes to his starting XI to keep things fresh.
