Western Australia will return to its pre-lockdown state on Sunday after a string of new COVID cases.
Parts of the state were put on hold on January 31st after a COVID case was identified in a hotel quarantine case.
The strict five-day lockdown came as a shock to the system of West Aussies, who had 10 months of relative freedom.
After two weeks with no cases, Prime Minister Mark McGowan announced that Perth and Peel would now lift the restrictions .
